Korean Japchae

Ingredients:
- 200g AYAM™ Korean Japchae Sauce
- AYAM™ Pure Sesame Oil
- 200g sweet potato noodles
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 300g beef stir fry strips
- 60g leeks, thinly sliced
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 70g carrot, julienne strips
- 40ml water
Method:
- Cook sweet potato noodles according to packet instructions.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Stir fry until fragrant.
- Add beef and stir fry until browned.
- Add AYAM™ Korean Japchae Sauce, sweet potato noodles, leek, red capsicum, carrots, and water. Stir until coated in the sauce and vegetables cooked.
- Add dash of AYAM™ Sesame Oil to taste.
Tips: Substitute beef for chicken, prawns or extra vegetables.
