Ingredients

  • AYAM™ Hawker Market Japanese Golden Curry Sauce 200g
  • 270g, Water
  • 220g Beef scotch fillets, diced into 2cm cubes
  • 1 Onion, large, sliced
  • 2 Carrots, medium, diced into 2 cm cubes
  • 2 Potatoes, medium, diced into 2cm cubes
  • 2 tbsp, Vegetable oil
 

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Slightly cook the beef until browned
  3. Add onions, carrots and potatoes, cook until slightly browned
  4. Add water and Japanese Golden Curry Sauce to the pot, bring to a boil
  5. Cover and simmer until the beef is tender
  6. Serve immediately over rice
