Black Bean Soy Steamed Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 whole medium size barramundi, cleaned
  • 5cm piece fresh ginger, julienned
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 tbsps AYAM™ Black Bean Soy Sauce, or to taste
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
 

Method

  1. Place fish on plate in a steamer.
  2. Scatter ginger in and over fish.
  3. Cover and steam 9-10 minutes, or until cooked.
  4. Discard excess water.
  5. In small saucepan, heat oil and black bean soy sauce.
  6. Add green onions and coriander.
  7. Pour hot sauce over the fish and serve.
