Ingredients

Water, sugar, fried onion (onion, soybean oil), peanut, garlic, tamarind puree (tamarind, salt), soybean oil, fish sauce (fish extract, salt, sugar), salt, lime, cornstarch, dried shrimp (crustacean), dried chilli, galangal, lemongrass.

Pad Thai

Recipe by Michael Weldon

Serves 4 | Prep 5 minutes | pot Cook 10 minutes
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 200g AYAM™ Pad Thai Sauce
  • 500g Fresh Rice Noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200g peeled raw prawns, tails intact
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • Crushed peanuts, to garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat.
  2. Add prawns and stir fry until just cooked.
  3. Add beaten eggs to side of pan and scramble.
  4. Add AYAM™ Pad Thai Sauce and stir until heated through.
  5. Add noodles and stir until heated through adn coated in sauce.
  6. Add bean sprouts and toss through.
  7. Garnish with crushed peanuts and serve immediately.

Tips: Substitute prawns for chicken, tofu, or extra vegetables.
