Absolutely delicious! Such an easy product to use, made making dinner so quick and the best thing was, it felt like we were having a takeaway meal. Given the whole family loved it, I'll make sure I always have these stocked up in the pantry.

Thai Pad See Ew

Recipe by Michael Weldon

Serves 4 | Prep 5 minutes | pot Cook 10 minutes
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 200g AYAM™ Pad See Ew Sauce
  • 500g Fresh Rice Noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 300g chicken stir fry strips
  • 200g gai lan (Chinese broccoli)
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and stir fry until browned.
  3. Add gai lan and stir until cooked through.
  4. Add AYAM™ Pad See Ew Sauce and stir until heated through.
  5. Add noodles and stir until heated through coated in sauce.
  6. Move noodles to one side, add beaten egg and scramble, then fold through. Serve immediately.

Tips: Substitute beef for chicken with beef, tofu or extra vegetables.
