Ingredients

  • 2tbsp Vegetable oil

  • 300g beef stir fry strips

  • 200g gailan (Chinese broccoli), chopped

  • 500g fresh rice noodles

  • 200g AYAM™ Hawker Market Pad See Ew stir fry sauce

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • Garnish: Dried chilli flakes

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat.Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat
  2. Add beef strips and stir fry until browned
  3. Add Gailan and stir fry until cooked through
  4. Add Pad See Ew sauce 
  5. Add noodles and stir until heated through and coated in sauce
  6. Move noodles to one side, add beaten egg and scramble, then fold through
  7. Garnish with dried chilli flakes and serve immediately

Tip: Substitute the beed for chicken, tofu, or extra vegetables.
