Soba Sauce

Ingredients:

300g AYAM™ Soba Noodles (3 bundles)

Method:

Cold Soba:

Cook AYAM™ Soba noodles and set aside.
Mix 7 parts of AYAM™ Soba Sauce with 3 parts waters (you may adjust the ratio accordingly if is not to your liking).
Dip the noodles into the soba sauce and enjoy the noodles.

Hot Soba:

Cook AYAM™ Soba Noodles and set aside.
Mix equal parts of AYAM™ Soba Sauce with water for the soup stock and boil it (you may adjust the ratio according if it is not to your liking).

Once boiled, pour the soup stock into a bowl with soba noodles and serve immediately.
