Ayam Singaporean Chilli Crab

Serves 4 pers | Prep 15 minutes | pot 15 minutes
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar AYAM™ Singaporean Chilli Crab Stir Fry Sauce 250g
  • 185ml water
  • 1kg crab
  • 185g tomato sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup coriander leaves, chopped

 

Method:

  1. Clean the crab and chop into small pieces.
  2. Heat pan and add chilli crab sauce, tomato sauce and water. Stir for a while.
  3. Add the crab and stir-fry for a few minutes. Cover and simmer, stirring once or twice, until the crab is cooked.
  4. Add the beaten egg into the pan and continue to stir-fry for a while and turn off heat.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Tips: Substitute crab for prawns or other seafood.
