Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ garlic clove, chopped
  • 10-15g dried shrimp, soaked in hot water until softened then pounded (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp AYAM™ Sambal Shrimp Paste
  • 250g green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp water
 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the garlic. Add the dried shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 min.
  2. Add Shrimp Paste and mix well. Add beans, water and stir-fry for 3-4 min, or until the water has evaporated and the beans are cooked and well coated.
