Ingredients

  • AYAM™ Hawker Market Thai Red Curry Sauce 200g
  • 110g Beef, diced into 2cm subes
  • 40g Cabbage, sliced
  • Garnish: Kaffir lime leaves, shredded
 

Method

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add Thai Red Curry Sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Add beef, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Add cabbage and simmer until cooked.
  5. Garnish with kaffir lime leaves and serve with steamed rice
