30g chia seeds
50g instant rolled oats
400ml AYAM™ Coconut Milk
150g plain unsweetened yoghurt
Seasonal Fresh Fruit of your choice, diced and pureed
Mix chia seeds, rolled oats, coconut milk, yoghurt and honey together
Seal in an airtight jar or container and leave in the fridge to soak overnight
To serve, create alternate layers of the cia seed yoghurt mix with fruit puree, then top with diced fresh fruit.
