2 x 425g can of AYAM™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce
1 Tablespoon Chopped Chilli Padi Chillies
1 Tablespoon Chopped Galangal
1 Tablespoon Chopped Lemongrass
1 Tablespoon AYAM™ Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice/Tamarind paste
1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
Sugar to taste
1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. When the water is boiling add, the lemon grass and galangal and boil for 1 minute.
3. Add the sardines, fish sauce and chillies and bring back to the boil. Add the lemon juice and coriander and serve.
4. Serve with rice.
