SambalPrawn HR

Serves 3-4

Ingredients

1tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
185g AYAM™ Malaysian Sambal Stir Fry Paste
500g raw prawns, peeled and deveined 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat
  2. Add onion and stir fry for 2 min 
  3. Add Stir Fry Paste, stir and bring to the boil
  4. Add prawns and stir fry until prawns are cooked
  5. Serve with steamed rice

Tip - Replace prawns with squid or other seafood. Either add 1/2 cup of sliced beans (2cm length) or 1/4 cup of petai beans with prawns and cook together
